A Novel and High-Gain Switched-Capacitor and Switched-Inductor-Based DC/DC Boost Converter With Low Input Current Ripple and Mitigated Voltage Stresses

High voltage gain DC-DC boost converters are widely used in grid-connected applications through integration with the Renewable Energy Sources (RESs). Photovoltaic (PV) arrays or Fuel Cells (FCs) generate a limited value of DC voltages and then for high power applications, at first stage, these should be increased. This study presents gain, single-switched, efficient converter using switched-capacitor switched-inductor cells. These blocks easily can enhance present an input current least values ripples. will done replacing location inductors by applying block. Magnetizing parallel demagnetizing series smaller stresses. A single switch is proposed that directly decreases complexity control circuit obtaining fixed output side flexible loads. More presented cell simply adding several diodes capacitors. deep detailed mathematical analysis continuous (CCM) discontinuous conduction modes (DCM) 200 W laboratory-scaled prototype presented. The results hardware tests confirm correctness theoretical simulation results.
